The past weeks I have been able to experience what the surprising results are if you let some creative minds go ahead in a particular building. The atrium of our Priva Campus was turned into a magnificent theater for one week. During four evenings an impressive opera about our family business was performed for a sold out crowd.

Four evenings, plus a building week before, the extreme flexibility of our facility people was asked. Then the value of a real estate facility team is proven.

And then the show: with a minimum of props the atrium was turned into a great scene where the cast of more than a hundred man, accompanied by a full symphony orchestra of forty men, night after night showed a top performance. The composer of the opera, a man who has seen a lot of theaters in his life, called the Priva Campus the most beautiful theater in the Netherlands!

What do we learn from this? It pays to invest in a building that is multifunctional. Even if it is only to do something back to the immediate environment in which you operate as a business. But … above all it pays to invest in a facility management team you can rely on. I recommend it to everyone!
