A lot of trust has also been placed in me. By my husband, when I decided to start studying in the evenings, by my father, when I arrived at the company, by the people at Priva, when I announced ‘that we were going to do things completely differently’, and by the sectors in which we operate. I saw that in the huge amount of positive feedback we received from the industry when I was named Businesswoman of the Year 2009.I always try to give a lot of trust too. I think, no I’m sure, that people can excel when they feel supported and are given the trust of their manager, their immediate colleagues, and their clients.
